There is HOPE for your Pain!

I cannot tell you how many times I have new clients that come to me with all kinds of physical, emotional, and mental ailments.  These clients have Physical disabilities such as Obesity, Frozen Shoulders, Weak Muscles, Frail Bones, High Cholesterol, Acid Reflux, High Blood Pressure, Fatigue, Diabetes, Bad Low Backs, Painful Knees, Arthritis, Tendonitis, Insomnia, Weak Hips, Tight Muscles, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and more!  Usually the Emotional and Mental disabilities stem from the Physical problems I just mentioned.  The Emotional and Mental usually are low self-confidence, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, Stress, Mental Fatigue, Emotional Fatigue, the I Don’t Care Attitude, the I can’t help my weight attitude, the I should just live with this pain attitude, the stuck on meds for pain attitude, feelings of guilt, and feelings of no Solutions for these Disabilities.

With the intensity of politics all around us we sometimes forget about what our own priorities should be.  Too many times we are too focused on what each Political Party is not doing and forget what departments we ourselves are lacking-in.  We quickly forget the fact that many Americans are suffering and dying every day by not taking simple steps to protect their health.  How many terrorist attacks have claimed American lives this past year?  I bet there have not been as many as the lives claimed by Obesity!

Why Is It So Hard To Lose Weight!

Let me give you some reasons as to why I believe it is hard for most of us to lose body fat!  Before I begin with these reasons let me make a few direct statements.

You cannot keep Yo Yo dieting and trying extreme weight loss plans because they simply do not work and are unhealthy.  If you are buying prepackaged foods by weight loss companies then stop wasting your money.  I have been a Personal Trainer for more than 16 years and I do not know of anyone who has kept-up with these plans.  Not many of us can afford to keep buying someone else’s foods, supplements, or health products for the rest of our lives.  Why would we buy all of these crazy juices or pre-made meals when we can save money and buy our own groceries for less money?  If the so called healthy pre-made food products advertised were really that good for us they would not have such a long shelf life.  We do not need these types of preservative and or sodium filled foods.  Some of these companies even have fat free and sugar free chocolate brownies.  Why would we need this?  Why do we not eat a small and real brownie with real chocolate every once in a while.  We do not have to have dessert with every meal.

          There are the 3 keys to losing weight: Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest.  You have to be performing Exercise regularly, eating proper Nutrition, and getting plenty of Rest to really succeed in losing body fat.  There are no magic pills, potions, juices, or elixirs.  There are no ab or thigh machines sold on infomercials that will change your life and give you the body you want, without Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest.  Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest are easy to schedule, easy to do, budget friendly, results driven, and can be done with family, friends, and co-workers.
