There is Hope for Your Pain

There is HOPE for your Pain!

I cannot tell you how many times I have new clients that come to me with all kinds of physical, emotional, and mental ailments.  These clients have Physical disabilities such as Obesity, Frozen Shoulders, Weak Muscles, Frail Bones, High Cholesterol, Acid Reflux, High Blood Pressure, Fatigue, Diabetes, Bad Low Backs, Painful Knees, Arthritis, Tendonitis, Insomnia, Weak Hips, Tight Muscles, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and more!  Usually the Emotional and Mental disabilities stem from the Physical problems I just mentioned.  The Emotional and Mental usually are low self-confidence, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, Stress, Mental Fatigue, Emotional Fatigue, the I Don’t Care Attitude, the I can’t help my weight attitude, the I should just live with this pain attitude, the stuck on meds for pain attitude, feelings of guilt, and feelings of no Solutions for these Disabilities.

After nearly 16 years of working in the Fitness Industry, I can tell you that without a doubt there is HOPE!  There is HOPE for your Pain!  I have seen Fitness (Regular Exercise, Healthy Nutrition, and Proper Rest) time and time again become a solution to the problems above.  I am a big believer in Fitness being a Treatment and Solution for almost any Disability or Ailment.  It saved me from a life of Obesity (I Lost over 100 Pounds!), it helped me deal with my Jaw Pain (TMJ), it helped me with what I thought was Low Back Pain (actually hip/bun weakness), it helped me get Stronger, it helped me become more Flexible, it helped me have Higher Self Esteem, it gave me Higher Self-Confidence, it helps me to be able to Run, Play, and Pickup my Son.  Fitness has sincerely changed my life and the life of my clients for the better!

Back Pain:

I can name countless clients over the years that have had debilitating back pains and after we get them started on the proper exercises, eating right, and getting plenty of rest they see an enormous Decrease In Pain.  We usually begin with the right strengthening and stretching exercises for not only the low back muscles but the hips, buns, abs, and oblique muscles.  Even if you have Bulging Discs and Deterioration of the Spine you still need to strengthen the supportive muscles around these areas to take the load off the sensitive/weak areas.  Strengthening and Stretching helps this.  This is what your Doctor prescribes before it gets too bad, when it’s too bad, and after a surgery in the form of Physical Therapy. So why not be Pro-Active and use Fitness for Prevention?

TMJ (Jaw Pain):

I have suffered with TMJ in my jaws for years.  The two things that have helped me more than any bite guard (and I have been through lots of them) is strengthening my front and side neck muscles by Exercising them once or twice weekly and getting plenty of Rest.  These methods have helped my some of clients and friends too!

Frozen Shoulders:

I have had plenty of clients, mostly women, with frozen shoulders whose doctors told them they had some arthritis or bursitis or other "itis" in that area and to just rest it.  Many have not even had Physical Therapy, just told to do nothing and they are limited in range of motion.  We work on strengthening the shoulders and stretching the shoulders immediately and they almost always get most of their range of motion back.  This is just general Fitness, not Rocket Science!

Obesity plus High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes and Sugar Problems:

The majority of my clients are struggling with their weight, so I deal with this constantly.  Everyone who follows my instruction in regards to Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest sees great results in weight loss.  Their Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Sugar Readings get better and more normal.  Those that keep living a sedentary, non-active, junk-filled, lazy, lack of rest Life will Fail at Losing Weight!  There is no other way to safely and effectively lose weight successfully than to Exercise Regularly, Eat Healthy, and Get Plenty of Rest!  If you want to lose the weight and keep it off, then you have to involve yourself in Fitness, period.

Fatigue (Physical, Emotional, and Mental Fatigue):

Everyone who has low energy will benefit from Regular Exercise, Eating Healthy Foods, and Getting Plenty of Sleep.  Chemically and hormonally your body will wake-up and feel better and more active when you Exercise.  When you Eat Healthy Foods your sugar levels are up and stay better regulated all day.  If you get a good night’s sleep and maybe even a nap each day, you will Obviously have more energy, and less irritability and grumpiness.

Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia:

Most of the people I personally have worked with, which have Fibromyalgia, tend to have Chronic Fatigue along with it.  Usually it is related to Stress and Depression, but not always.  Once my clients get moving and we strengthen and stretch their muscles, they instantly feel better and more energetic.  They also have a more positive outlook after exercising and when eating right they arm their bodies with the right nutrients to fight fatigue.  The Rest is the icing on the cake for these people since it gives them recovery from the higher activity levels.  Usually they need more Rest than other clients, but they all get better and experience less pain!

I promise you, if you implement Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest into your life Right Now, I will Guarantee you will Feel, Look, and Move better!  I can tell you that without a shadow of a doubt that Fitness (Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest) will help improve your painful situations and make you Feel better and Stronger.  You will have a better outlook on life, you will have less Fatigue, and you will have More Energy and less Stress in your life!
